Program Objectives: Upon completion of the program, participants should be able to:

• Describe the changing demographics of and risk factors for CHC

• Improve the rate of testing and diagnosis of patients with CHC

• Link patients with diagnosed CHC to timey and appropriate HCV therapy

• Provide optimal, individualized HCV therapy to patients with CHC that results in improved outcomes

Target Audience: This activity is intended for physicians, physician assistants, advanced practice nurses, general practitioners and other health care professionals involved in the treatment and management of patients who have or are at risk of HCV infection.
