Description: This is the first of four in the NHCN webinar series. Webinars will each feature presenter resources/tools, emerging research, lessons from the field, and regional best practices. Presentations will highlight successes, systems-level changes, and/or tangible steps for implementation.

This webinar will focus on partnerships between health departments and correctional facilities. Presenters will demonstrate the development of a partnership, walk participants through resources for partnership enhancement, and showcase tools that agencies can use to engage with data in new, meaningful ways.
