This webinar will focus on the HCV continuum of care for short stay populations throughout incarceration and into re-entry. Presenters will share information on various programs, partnerships, and opportunities for the treatment and successful linkage to community HCV care for patients in the jail setting. Presenters will also outline unique challenges for HCV treatment in short stay populations.

Featuring HCV treatment, prevention, and linkage to care professionals. Attendees will learn strategies taken in different jail settings to address hepatitis C among the population.
