Supporting Harm Reduction Programs (SHaRP) Project @9AM HST

“Please join the University of Washington Supporting Harm Reduction Programs (SHaRP) team to hear updates about the SSP Data Indicators Project! Throughout 2023, SHaRP has been engaged in a multi-phase project to identify basic data points that could be reliably and ethically collected within SSPs to monitor and improve services. Over the past 10 months, we have carefully reviewed existing literature on the topic; analyzed data collection forms currently in use; had conversations with SSPs, state government officials, and private funders; and held an in-person meeting with SSP stakeholders to learn about what data collection means to them. During this meeting, we will share our preliminary results with the public for the first time.

This share-back will be an opportunity to learn about what has been accomplished so far and the next steps in terms of collecting additional input from stakeholders within the harm reduction community to finalize recommendations. If you are interested in attending, you may learn more about the project here: https://www.sharpta.uw.edu/ssp-indicators/. This meeting will be recorded and posted at this link, for those who are unable to make it.”
