What data should we collect? Syringe service indicators project @8AM HST

“The University of Washington Supporting Harm Reduction Programs (SHaRP) team is hosting a webinar on July 18th at 11 PT / 2 ET to share our new Syringe Service Program (SSP) Indicator Implementation Guidance…

Last year, the SHaRP team worked to create a list of community informed indicators, or data points, that we could recommend SSPs collect. We’ve been working to create guidance that includes good practices, potential uses of the indicators, recommended methods for collecting them, potential limitations, and more! The SSP Indicators Implementation Guide will be on our website on July 18th.

In this webinar, we’ll briefly review the indicators, go more in depth into what information you can find in the guide and how we hope it will be useful to you, and provide time for questions. We will also be presenting on Considerations for Funders, which includes recommendations on data collection for funders of SSPs to consider based on feedback we’ve heard from SSPs throughout this process.
