In commemoration of World Hepatitis Day, we convened local champions for the 2024 Hawaiʻi Hepatitis Elimination Strategy Summit on July 30, 2024 in Honolulu. Watch a short video of the event!

Attendees joined to receive updates on local hepatitis elimination efforts and to strategize on future efforts to implement the Hep Free 2030 plan.

Over 40 people attended the event, including representatives from patient and cultural groups, medical providers, neighbor islands, AIDS service organizations, equity organizations, insurance, community health centers, immigrant health, syringe exchanges, and state policymakers.
