Welcome, HI Opioid + Consumer Alliance!

We are excited to welcome to our newest partner agency, Hawaiʻi Opioid + Consumer Alliance (HO+CA)!

HO+CA started in July 2023 as a new alternative harm reduction service for people who use drugs by people who use drugs or have used drugs. As a drug users union, they seek to uplift and educate peers and involve them in the legislative process and to fight stigma.
