Join on Friday, June 10, 2022 at 1 – 3:30 PM ET for an exciting project closeout webinar by the HHS highlighting health equity in action and lessons learned from the 3-year OMH Hepatitis B Demonstration Grant. During the webinar, participants will receive a high-level overview of the OMH Hepatitis B Demonstration Grant, updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Division of Viral Hepatitis, and HHS Office of Infectious Disease and HIV/AIDS Policy (OIDP). In addition, this webinar will highlight program models, accomplishments, and lessons learned from five OMH Hepatitis B Demonstration Grant awardees. Finally, the webinar will wrap-up with a panel discussion with awardee Project Directors. This webinar is open to all parties interested in learning and/or addressing disparities and advancing health equity with hepatitis B.
